Seenaiah is an Assistant Professor at the Institute for Studies in Industrial Development (ISID), New Delhi, India. He obtained his Ph.D. in Economics from Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad. Before joining ISID, he has taught a semester in Central University of Rajasthan in the Dept of Economics. He works in the area of Economics of Technological Change, Industrial Organization and Economic Analysis & Applied Economics. He has published his research in peer-reviewed Journals such as Singapore Economic Review, Economic Analysis and Policy and International Review of Applied Economics among others.
