Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH)
The ISID is committed to create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment that enables employees to work without fear of prejudice, gender bias and sexual harassment. ISID firmly believes that all employees have to be treated with dignity. All employees are mandated to refrain from sexual harassment in any form at the workplace. No employee should be subjected to unsolicited or unwelcome sexual overtures or conduct in the workplace.
