Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH)

The ISID is committed to create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment that enables employees to work without fear of prejudice, gender bias and sexual harassment. ISID firmly believes that all employees have to be treated with dignity. All employees are mandated to refrain from sexual harassment in any form at the workplace. No employee should be subjected to unsolicited or unwelcome sexual overtures or conduct in the workplace.

National Pension System (NPS) Grievance Redressal

Institute for Studies in Industrial Development (ISID) joined National Pension System for its employees in the month of March 2017. As per Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Redressal of Subscriber Grievance) Regulations, 2015. Grievances related to NPS subscription, the subscribers may register at [email protected].

Non-Redressal of grievances, as per PFRDA (Redressal of Subscriber Grievance) Regulations, 2015, the subscriber may write to Mr. Bhupesh Garg, the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) at [email protected] or at Telephone No. 26891111.
