Expression of Interest (EOI)

ISID invites Expression of Interest from experienced Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firms for providing consultancy services for:

  1. Construction of fire escape staircases from third floor to terrace level at three locations.
  2. Renovation of facade cladding tiles and identified civil rehabilitation & allied works.
  3. Obtaining Fire Safety Certificate from Delhi Fire Service.

Eligibility:

  1. Minimum 10 years experience in PMC services
  2. Completion of at least three similar projects during the last Five years
  3. Experience in institutional/government buildings.
  4. Average annual turnover of Rs.50 lakh during the last three years.
  5. GST, PAN and other statutory registrations.
