| ISID organised a research seminar on “Indian Health Economic & Industrial Complex (HEIC) since the COVID-19: Reflections on Global South” on June 12, 2025. Dr Manuel Gonzalo, Professor at the National University of Quilmes (UNQ) and National University of Chilecito, Argentina, presented insights into post-pandemic restructuring of the health-industrial ecosystem. The discussion was moderated by Dr Beena Saraswathy, Assistant Professor, ISID, and featured distinguished panellists: Mr Ashok Kumar Madan, Executive Director, IDMA; Mr D Narayana, Ex-Director, Gulati Institute of Finance and Taxation; and Mr Mathew George, Professor, Department of Public Health and Community Medicine, Central University of Kerala. |
