| Prof Prajapati Trivedi, former Cabinet Secretary, Government of India, and a Member of the ISID Board delivered a special lecture at ISID on the topic “The Public Policy Paradox: Why Good Ideas Fail to Get Implemented” on September 12, 2025. He discussed about the tangible measures of employee’s contribution in an organization. Focusing on the larger context of governance structure and plan of an institution, the presentation highlighted how institutional structure is more important than individual efforts and skills to achieve collective goals. |
