Prof Nagesh Kumar, Director, ISID presented key findings of the India Industrial development Report 2024-25 while Prof Pritam Banerjee, Head & Professor, CWS & Team complimented the broad policy focus of the CWS’s latest report. Dr V Anantha Nageswaran, Chief Economic Advisor, Government of India delivered special address. | Centre for WTO Studies is organizing a panel discussion on Industrial Policy, to discuss the main recommendations of ISID’s “India Industrial Development Report 2024-25 towards a Manufacturing-Led Transformation”, along with those of the CWS’s report, “Navigating the Development Divide: The Case for Policy Space in India’s Industrial Policy Strategy Amid Rising Global Protectionism”, that complements the broad policy focus of ISID report.
