1. ISID Ph.D. Programme is duly recognised by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi.
2. ISID faculty members are recognized by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi to supervise research in the areas of Economics, with focus on the following themes:

7. List of documents required to be uploaded, while submitting

   o Matriculation/10^th certificate & marksheet (self-attested copy)
   o Higher Secondary/12^th certificate & marksheet (self-attested copy)
   o Bachelor’s Degree Certificate & marksheet (self-attested copy)
   o Master’s Degree certificate & marksheet (self-attested copy)
   o Certificate/letter from UGC/NTA (self-attested copy)
   o Certificate to claim reservation (if applicable)
   o Research proposal/synopsis (about 1,200 words)
   o Earlier scholarship/offer letter/supporting document (if applicable)
   o No Objection Certificate from the present employer (if applicable)

8. Admission to PhD Programme (2024-25) will be done on the basis of score of UGC-NET examination of June 2024 (to be held in August-September 2024). The NET scores of previous years/tests shall not be valid/used for PhD admission for the academic year 2024-25. There is no change in the validity period of JRFs and it will continue as before. (refer to prospectus for details)
